4. Payment

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship only within India
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- You must inspect packages upon delivery and report damages within 48 hours
- We're not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements.
7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LadyZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LadyZen, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in or participating in the LadyZen Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following specific rules, commission policies, and conduct guidelines:
14.1. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.
- All registration details, including your full legal name, contact email, promotion channels, and payout credentials (UPI ID or Bank Account), must be genuine, accurate, and kept up to date.
- LadyZen reserves the right to approve, reject, or request identity verification for any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
14.2. Attribution & Cookie Policy
- Referral attribution operates on a 30-day cookie window following an authentic customer click on your referral link.
- Attribution follows a last-click model. If a customer clicks links from multiple affiliates, referral credit goes to the most recent link clicked prior to checkout.
14.3. Commissions, Holding Period & Payouts
- Commissions are calculated at the standard rate of 10% on the net order value (exclusive of GST, shipping charges, cash-on-delivery handling fees, or applied gift voucher balances).
- 7-Day Holding Window: All commissions enter a mandatory 7-day holding status following order delivery. If an order is returned, cancelled, or refunded during our 7-day return window, the associated commission is automatically reversed.
- Approved commissions are disbursed to your designated UPI VPA or Bank Account once your approved balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹500.
- Affiliates are responsible for any applicable income taxes. Withholding tax (TDS) will be deducted where mandated under the Indian Income Tax Act.
14.4. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy (Strict Enforcement)
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent and unethical practices. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Self-Referrals: You may not earn commissions on personal orders, orders placed for immediate family members or members of your household, or orders using payment methods, phone numbers, or delivery addresses linked to your affiliate account.
- Bot & Automated Traffic: Artificial click bursts, automated web crawlers, headless bots, hidden iframes, or cookie-stuffing scripts are strictly forbidden.
- Brand Bidding & Impersonation: You may not bid on LadyZen trademarks or keywords in paid search advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads), or impersonate official brand social accounts.
- Misleading Promotions: Advertising non-existent coupon codes, false discounts, or deceptive product claims is prohibited.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification, permanent account suspension, and complete forfeiture of all accrued and pending earnings.
14.5. Program Modification & Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with or without cause. LadyZen reserves the right to modify commission rates, attribution rules, and program guidelines with notice posted on this page or via the affiliate dashboard.
